What Can Cause Abdominal Tenderness And Pain Under The Ribcage On The Right Side?
Hi,I m a 37 yo male with medical issues. I ve developed an abdominal tenderness overnight (went to be feeling fine then i woke up with the condition). The tenderness is mainly on the upper right side. it feels very tender if i push under my rib cage on right side and closer to the middle. I also feel the tenderness if I take a deep breath. I have no pain in the far right side (just towards the middle). I know it may not be possible to form a solid opinion from an online description, but what do you think it is and what can I do to rule out a serious condition (liver, pancreas...etc). Thank you for your help
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Get it done ultrasound abdomen, chest x-ray.
Then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
