What Can Cause Back Pain For Toddlers?
This may be a foolish question, but my three year old often complains about her back hurting when she is in her car seat. Tonight, my husband and I examined her back and we noticed that her spinal cord is visible. Is this normal for toddlers? She is in the 50 percentile for weight and the 75 percentile for height. Thank you.

It is not actually spinal cord. It is spine or spinal column in which spinal cord lies.
Normally spine is visible in all children.
You need not worry about it.
No need to take him to doctor.
