What Can Cause Bleeding From The Penis Without Any Pain Sensation?
Hi, Well.... after my husband and I made love, he noticed blood on his penis. I had blood on my inner thighs. He s sure the blood came from him. There was no pain from either of us during sex, and when we checked his penis, there was blood in the opening and it stung a little. He s also experienced pain in his right testicle about 3 months ago for about 2 mos and pain-free the past month. He had a vasectomy in Feb 92. What are your thoughts??
See, we should not ignore this. This might be a warning sign specially with advancing age. I would advise you to get work up done for following issues that might cause this:
1. Stone in Urinary Tract.
2. Prostate issues.
3. Urine Infection.
I advise you following workup:
1. Urine routine and microscopy
2. Urine Culture and sensitivity
3. Ultrasound Abdomen with Kidney and Bladder and Prostate
I do understand that you are having occasionally these episodes. But my concern is that if not trauma induced, even a single episode is significant.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wishing you all the best.
Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
