What Can Cause Blood In Stools Accompanied With Pain In Ovaries?

Hey. I have a question about my bowel movements lately. A few months ago when j would poop it was mostly solid but had blood in it. It went away and now its back but today I had bad cramping in my ovaries area and my bowel movements are liquidy blood. Im not sure what it is wrong.

I will advise you to do stool examination test first.
Intestinal condition like ulcerative colitis or diverticulitia cause blood in stool and abdominal problems.
Intestinal polyp may ruled out.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Colonoscopy can done for further diagnosis.
