Hi dear thanks for writing to healthcare Magic!! You are having Painful menstruation is known as dysmenorrohea. A common finding in adult age, you are also having yellowish discharge indicates infection may be due to improper hygiene, I advise you as follow: 1) Tab ibuprofen twice a day for pain 2) Tab amoxicillin and clavulanic acid 625 mg once a day for discharge 3) Use vaginal Vplus wash for private parts 4) Regular physical exercise for 20-30 mins 5) Keep yourself hydrated with fruit juices 6) Also get Urine culture and microscopic examination done If problem persists consult a gynecologist once for examination Hope this will help you Thanks and regards Dr.Sohil Takodara
