I have a burning sensation in my penis, its a tingily sensation sometimes feels like needles. It feels like i need to urinate but nothing comes out. The burning sensation is strongest right after i urinate

I had unprotected intercourse 6 months ago, but i had blood tests checking for STDS and HIV done two weeks after i had sex everything came out clean.
