Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I want to ask you whether your appetite is normal? There are two possible causes.
1. In most of the cases if you are not having anything in regular intervals then they will have the symptoms of gastritis which are bloating and nausea but due to decreased sugar levels in you because of not eating anything you may get headaches also due to hypoglycemia.
2. You need to get ruled out from migraine and anemia also which will have similar symptoms.

For the above symptoms if you were my patient I will prescribe you paracetamol and ranitidine.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
