Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

How old is she? is she hypertensive or diabetic? Is there any other problems she is having?

Possible causes are like postural hypotension or BPPV or cardiac failure or arrhythmia or anemia or etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done ecg, echocardiogram, chest x-ray, mr angio.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
