What Can Cause Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Cramps, Nausea And Frequent Urination?

I am over 3 weeks late, my cycle is always a regular 29 day cycle. I have a little cramping in my lower left side abdomen, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, severe mood swings, loss of appetite, and food aversions to foods I usually love. Do you know what could be the cause of these symptoms?

Hi,

You can go for a urine pregnancy test (UPT) to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. Most probably it’s a simple late period. Once the pregnancy has been ruled out and periods are delayed more, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
