What Can Cause Distinct Smelling Sweating During Nights?
I sweat most nights and it has a very distinct smell. Sometimes like ammonia or vinegar or old yogurt. I am 31 year old male. Normal weight. I have battled with alcoholism and the nights I have drank I sweat more. I have clear pale yellow urine that is not particularly odorous and I drink plenty of water.

I got through your complaints. Bad smell sweating called BOMOHYDROSIS.
The cause of bad smell depend on the hormonal activity and BACTERIAL growths of your apocrine glands, which are situated in axilla and Pubic areas. Also depend on the genetic recombination.
Don't worry about this . Consult your dermatologist. He will do IONOSPHERESIS and given medication.
Use safe DEODORANTS.
