What Can Cause Dizziness Upon Walking And Tight Sensation In The Hamstrings?
I am a 45 y/o male. For the past month I have an unsteadiness while standing and walking at work...I work about 12 hours a day on a cement floor. Sometimes I get dizzy standing in one spot at work.. I am an avid hiker and don t appear to have any of these symptoms while hiking or doing activities out of work..Some days, symptoms are worse than others..I believe the symptoms are worse early in the day.. I have not had any spinal injuries that I am aware of..I currently do not exercise.. Sometimes my hamstrings feel tight..Occasionally I will have a slight numbness in my feet (while standing)...

What Can Cause Dizziness Upon Walking And Tight Sensation In The Hamstrings?
Hello, Muscle spasm or lumbar spine injury or spinal cord compression may cause this problem. So stretching and exercise may help. Use tablet aceclofenac with chlorzoxazone muscle relaxant twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your orthopedician/physical therapist may useful. They may examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Penchila Prasad Kandikattu , Internal Medicine Specialist
