What Can Cause Dry Eyes Along With Puffiness And Burning Sensation?
I've been diagnosed with dry eyes (probably due to hormone replacement therapy), currently trying out drops. I also am on allergy medicine for unknown itching issues that result in welts. I'm going soon to see a plastic surgeon to get my dark-circled, baggy eyes (genetics) fixed. I get up in the morning and my eyes are puffy, burn, and sometimes itch. What am I missing?

This sounds like dry eyes, You should use Systane ultra eye drops four times a day and a Lacrigel ointment in the night . We can add steroid eye drops if these don't work . Blink more frequently and avoid lot periods of prolonged near work and also air conditioning. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
