What Can Cause Electrifying Feel In Stomach And Back?

I was moving furniture from one room to the next on Saturday. On Sunday morning while rushing out of the house, I felt electric shocks in my stomach and my back, and again while on the treadmill for just 5 min following riding bike for 15 min and lifting weights. I am a 39 yr old female. Please advise.
