Hi,

Are you an alcoholic? Any history of diabetes?

You may be suffering from metabolic syndrome or hypothyroidism.

Avoid alcohol intake and smoking. Do regular exercise. Check your weight regularly.

Please get it done:
-T3, T4, TSH.
-Urine examination.
-Ultrasound abdomen and scrotum.
-Serum testosterone, cortisol and growth hormone levels.

Please consult your Endocrinologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
