What Can Cause Extreme Pain Between The Shoulder Blades While On Cocaine?
I’ve been doing cocaine over the past couple days, i have pain in between my shoulder blades all day, my heart rate is 76BPM and i have no other symptoms of a heart attack.. i feel fine, i just have extreme pain between my shoulder blades and it’s causing anxiety/panic

Cannot say in your particular case and,
1) heart attack is due to not getting enough blood to the heart and the vessel constriction from stimulants can cause heart attack with a normal heart rate.
2) taking a controlled dangerous substance when it is probably dangerous and harming is the most widely used definition of addiction.
