Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Fluttering sensation may be due to the premenstrual syndrome or anxiety neurosis or cramps or irritable bowel syndrome or electrolyte imbalance or anemia or hyperthyroidism etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking, and caffeine drinks.

Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.

Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
