What Can Cause Headaches Along With Severe Pressure On The Forehead And Dizziness?

Started day off with a headach that changed to usual migraines I get. I had severe pressure on left side back of head and pain on forehead. Slight dizziness. Went to bed and covered head with pillow tried many positions. I then sat on the bed with pillows on my lap and put my head forward on the pillow. After awhile I put my head up my head ach eases up but it felt like a puff of forced air came put of my nose.

Hello,

In my opinion, sinusitis is a condition that may cause similar symptoms such as yours.Imaging studies such as X-rays and, perhaps, CT scan of the sinuses together with an examination by your doctor are necessary for a correct diagnosis.Treatment may include antibiotics, painkillers and, in some cases, surgery.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
