Hello,

I would like to be able to help you but I am afraid that is difficult with the limited information on our hands, without any info on physical exam, laboratory and imaging tests. My first guess from your account of speech issues would be a stroke, but I suspect that the colleagues at the hospital have considered that being a common diagnosis and must have ruled it out by imaging tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olsi Taka,
