What Can Cause Incomplete Bowel Movements While Suffering From An Inguinal Hernia?

left side of penis is bulged, I feel it is because of intestine comes out through that( I am getting medical words, pl excuse)
My problem is: My motion is not going in full in a day. I have to go to latrine just after lunch.
I have to go to motion twice or thrice a day.
I have no other problems.

It is just the normal appearance of the penis and no intestine would come, it is the weird thinking, no need to worry about the shape of penis, passing a stool three to four time in day is normal one and it is not the disease condition, you seems to have no disease condition, just stop thinking any think bad in sense of disease you must be doing absolutely fine, take good care of your self,
