What Can Cause Itching And Tenderness In The Breast Years After A Breast Reduction Surgery?

I had a breast reduction surgery some years back and had a little problem with the drain area when it came out. Healed up but my question is is that same breast all of a sudden is very tender and itchy. If I touch it a certain way, sparks! Does this sound like mastitis? It s lined up with the scar and there is scar tissue. This has just started up. My last mammo.was Nov. Good. I was examined and the dr. Didn t think I needed a mammogram at this point. What do you think?
