What Can Cause Itching In Nipples?

Hi! Last January my physician gave me antibiotics the itchiness & peeling were gone after a week and now it is back. My nipples are itchy again. There's a slight bulge on my left on the axillary part (I've noticed it too last January) and my nipples are itchy but not peeling.. I'm afraid that this could be cancer.
