Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

How old are you? Are you diabetic or alcoholic? What job are you doing?

Weakness and insomnia may be the common symptoms of many diseases like major depression/anxiety neurosis or anemia or restless leg syndrome or sleep apnea or narcolepsy or alcohol withdrawal syndrome etc.

Please consult your doctor, he will examine and do polysomnography for sleep disorders then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
