First you have to find the cause of miscarriage by consulting the gynecologist. There are various causes like: There are several causes of
recurrent miscarriages , for which one needs to be investigated like:Chromosomal anomalies/genetics problem in one or both the partners, Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome,
diabetes,
thyroid disorder, cervical incompetence/abnormailty genital tract, Autoimmune diseases like lupus,
dermatomyositis, unknown cause (30-50% case)
So for above causes, go for investigation like: PT, APTT, APLA screening, TORCH screening, USG, full hormone profile, blood sugar, chromosomal analysis.
Do not lose hope. After diagnosis take proper treatment. Successful
pregnancy is possible in 50-60 percent cases after miscarriage.
