What Can Cause Morning Nausea In Child?

Hi, I would like to ask what can cause morning nausea in a 4 year old boy? The nausea is in the morning, then it dissapears and the kid has good apetite during the rest of the day. The gastroenteric, neurologic problems are checked, and there's no food allergy. What can be the psychological cause?

Coming to your query - his age of 4 years is too early to think about psychological causes...there are certain disorders like anorexia nervosa...but its not the age and gender.
