Hence, I would advise you the following: * Consult your Doctor immediately for clinical evaluation * Investigations like that of blood, throat swab, CT scan sinuses * All these will give an idea of a proper diagnosis * Get started with proper antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines * Nasal and oral decongestant followed by plain water steam inhalation * Any other medicines as would be advised * Soft diet and plenty of oral fluids * Bed rest in a warm room * Regular review and follow up and continuation of management till cured Take care.
