Hi I was outside today dancing in the sun with my friends and had to stop because I get overheated ,so I feel alittle nauseated and have diaria and feel alittle week .I had a taco salad 10 min be for all this maby the salad has something to do with it what do u think

It may be food poisoning or heat exhaustion.
Please stay in air-conditioning rooms. Drink plenty of liquids. Use tablet Sporulac.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
