I am experiencing pain and discomfort in my lower abdomen right over the pelvic area. My cycle is over and I do not typically have cramps with it. The pain come and goes almost like a slow pulse. When I stand or move it gets worse but staying still doesn t make it go away. The pain doesn t spread of go through to my back. It does however give the slight sensation of having to urinate. I have some bloating of the stomach but no other symptoms.
