Hi,

This can be due to urinary tract infection and any kind of tumor-like growth in kidneys and sometimes heavy exercise and constipation can cause.

In the absence of complete case history and examination, it is difficult to arrive at a particular point. Let me know:
- If you have any problem in bowel movements.
- You suffered from any trauma.
- Do you have a fever as well?
- Have a history of prostate or kidney stones.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
