What Can Cause Pain Between The Upper Thigh And Lower Abdomen Along With Dizziness?

I m having sever burning pain under my skin in between my upper thigh and lower abdomen, on my right side for sometime now, I can feel a lump under my skin, the pain is worse when i cough, Ive been dizzy, tired, and have had a couple really bad head aches lately. i stepped down today off a low step stool and the pain was unbearable. i appreciate your input and thank you

In my opinion you are probably suffering from inguinal lymph node swelling (the area and lumps) or a hernia. I would recommend immediate consultation with your doctor or a surgeon.
