Hi, im Getting these really uncomfortable shooting pains from my vagina to my chest when I lay straight and mainly on my side please help because it’s uncomfortable I’ve not come on my period this month either which I’m late on was due 5 days ago

I think you should do a pregnancy home test. Ectopic pregnancy gives shutting pain in either side of the abdomen.
