What Can Cause Pain In Left Side Of Chest?

Im a male 35 Lately a have this pain in.my left chest a went to the doc did a ekg all reads fine doc just says its a muscle pain but I feel like am about to faint sometimes and my feet gets weaky but I m.not falling but the feeling is weird and sometimes I do pant for breath am so scared a wud just fall and die like a heart attack but doc say not to worry its Anxiety is it really stress and anxiety or something more serious help pls

Also get a 2D Echo of your heart once.if it is also normal then you need not worry.your pain is definitely stress and anxiety related. tab alprax 0.25mg night time once daily will help.Avoid stress engage yourself in yoga or exercise.thankyou
