What Can Cause Pain In Lower Abdomen And Painful Urination?

Hello, please i need help. its been some time that me and my girl friend are having sex. but recently like 2-3 days ago when we had it, everything is becoming the opposite. this time she actually bleed 2 drop of blood after the intercourse. and she is having hard time peeing as well as pain in the lower abdomen. she was suppose to have periods as well which she isn t. she never bleed before when we had the intercourse for the first time. why did she bleed now? and why is she having trouble peeing? i don t know what to do. i m really in stress. please help me!

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also suggest to do a urine test, a vaginal smear and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
