I also had dammedge to my pancreas. The pain started in 2012. When I take pain pills the next day its worse it dosnt ever go away. I have been checked for hep and aids. I came up neg. my liver enzimes where regular. Is there any other liver diseases or gal bladder issues that may be contributing to this?
HI. There is more chances of pleuracy , that is inflammation of the covering in response your your old trauma of left casing pleura effusion. It is not painful until has become small in amount to allow both surfaces of pleura to rub against each other when you take a deep breath. I would like you to go for X-ray of chest in AP and right lateral view to confirm the diagnosis. Ultrasonography too helps to confirm this and to know about any other abdominal problem.
