What Can Cause Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Dizziness?
Hi, I m just enquiring I have been getting server burning pain in my low abdomen area. I have not been able to go to the toilet in the last couple of days, I have also been light headed and tired a lot! Just wondering if you d be able to help me out in what it may be. thanks in advance

The symptoms may be due to severe gastritis. As a first line management, you can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
