What Can Cause Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side After Periods?

Hi the day after my period stopped I got hurt really hard in the right side of my lower abdomen. It was really painful my overian ragion was cramping like hell. After few hours my pain was in control but I was having dark brownish vaginal discharge. So I visited my gynocologist, she did ultrasonogram and prescribed me Norethisterone 2 times for 21 days. Sill I had light pinkish/yellowish vaginal discharge for 2 days. Now for 2 days I am having colorless wattery discharge. I am really worried if any thing is wrong with me as I am already diangosed with endometriosis in my right overy. Please suggest if it is normal.

Hello,

It may be simple dysmenorrhea. You can take analgesics like Mefenamic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
