What Can Cause Pain In The Right Testicle?

i am feeling discomfort in my right testical, Doctor did ultrasound and dignosed mild dilation in the scrutom and perscribed the daflon 500, one tab of daflon 500mg, after meal twice a day for one month along with one voltran tab for first 7 days. My question is during this treatment, what are the precautions such as heavy exercise, walk and sex etc.
