Hello Doctor, I had a mild throat pain & following day I had severe fever.But the pain in throat was missing. My fever was on & off as per the intake of paracetomol for more than three days.but I couldnt swallow food easily from day 3 which I tried taking with sever pain in my throat.The following day ,i was not able to swallow my saliva or to drink water. The doctor said it is an infection in the food pipe & the path of the throat is swollen severely.But my voice was not at all very much disturbed. So they gave me tablets & some dose of injections to cure it. The treat ment went 2.5 days.Again I went through an endoscopy to check the improvement. The peaks like swollen things have gone.But there was a kind of ulcer obviously grown in the food pipe which was thin & small during the first examination. Because of the treatment given,I was able to eat food & drink water without any complications with mild pain.They advised me to take the normal diet & too much of voice strain is also not a cause and can be continued. I still wonder whther I can carry on as per their advice or to continue a bland diet until a complete improvement? Please let me know what kind of complaint is this.. Waiting for your answer. Thanks
