i have had a small bump very painful on my finger with a cricle around it for a week and the circle is slowly getting a little larger. seems to be solid and cannot be squeezed out or soaked . Looks like a little bulleye. No redness just very hard. Any thing you have seen before?
It seems that you may be having granuloma annulare. There is annular papular eruption gradually increases in size. Itching may not be there. And no pain or other complaints. Consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Intradermal steroid may improve the condition. Apply steroid cream. Steroid or hydroxychloroquin might be prescribed by your doctor. It is a harmless condition and sometime it may disappear by itself. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
