What Can Cause Peeling Of Skin On The Ears?

Hi my mum has has a problem with her ears for a while now her ears keep peeling like skin peelings inside the ears we went ti the doctor he prescribed her Kenacomb drops but its not working she still has skin peelings inside the ears do you know what can cause this

Hi,

Perhaps she has Seborrheic dermatitis. It usually manifests as yellowish, greasy scaling and itching in the involved sites. The sites commonly affected are scalp and face, specifically ears, glabellar region, sides of the nose.

I suggest her to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few days.
