What Can Cause Pounding Sound In The Ears And Headaches?
I have a heart pounding sound in my ear, I did have a headache off and on since Friday but it went away yesterday but the noise is still in my left ear, not all the time it comes and goes. What is the cause. I am not paying to get an answer, if that were the case I would go the my local ER

Hi,
The pounding sound that you hear inside your ear can be caused due to wax in your ear or tinnitus. For both the causes you will have to visit ER & get physically examined. If its ear wax causing it you need to put ear drops (Otorex ear drop) & then have an ear wash done under an ENT specialist.
If it is due to tinnitus you need to go through few investigations & audiological examination after which you will be treated with medications or surgery as required.
