What Can Cause Pressure And Soreness In The Lower Back While Suffering From Constipation?
6 days ago I was having abdominal pain in my left side right under the rib and middle but It moved to my left side and lower back. I was constipated and was told to take laxative. Now my front is ok but my left middle to lower back still has pressure and sore when I touch certain spot
You may be suffering from acute gastritis or left renal calculi or left side back muscles spasm. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Avoid heavy weight lifting, use tablet Tramadol and paracetamol twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please get it done X-ray of lumbar spine and ultrasound abdomen then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
