What Can Cause Severe Cramps And Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Legs?
I have severe cramps(mostly at night) but also have them frequently during the day. Affects my feet,legs,torso,hands and arms. Have numbness or tingling in hands and feet all the time with occasional vibration or electric shock feelings in my toes and fingers. That is an occasional issue and is not painful. It has been gradually getting worse over the last several years.

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle cramps.
I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen to relieve the cramps.
I also suggest using cool compresses for relieve.
