Hi,

I think you may be suffering from restless leg syndrome. Which may be caused by anxiety neurosis or iron deficiency anaemia or hyperthyroidism or renal failure etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid stress, avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol.

Do regular exercise and yoga. Use tablet Alprazolam once at night for five days.

If you're symptoms not an improved or developed reaction to above drug please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Penchila Prasad Kandikattu , Internal Medicine Specialist
