Hi,

I have gone through your complaints and it seems to be an eczematous rash.

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Clobetasol Propionate cream on the affected areas along with the frequent and liberal application of a moisturizing lotion on the entire bed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney,
