What Can Cause Slightly Raised Perfect Circle On Cheeks?

Today when I woke up I did not have a perfect red circle that is slightly raised on my face which is placed right below my cheek bones. Then I went to take a shower and went to my aunts house and I had a circle on my face. What could have caused this?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a fungal infection called as tinea faciei.
My treatment advice -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Avoid sun exposure to prevent itching and spread of lesion.
3. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
5. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
