I keep finding bean sized up to peas sized hard nodules on my left knee cap and tendon area. It s only the left. They don t hurt. U can t see them, but I feel them. They don t really move but do seem a slight bit pliable in location. This started showing up after repairs to my patella from motorcycle accident a few years ago

These nodules could be lipomas in the subcutaneous tissues. To be on the safer side, I would like to remove one of the swelling and have a biopsy. If it does turn out to be a lipoma, then nothing further is required.
