What Can Cause Stiffness In The Body After Sitting For Prolonged Periods?
Yes I am a 54 year old female with a desk job. For the last several months I get very stiff after sitting and almost can t straighten up fully. I have Melanoma since 2003 with a reoccurrence in MAR 2015. I was given treatments of Yervoy, Opdivo and Keytruda. I have JUST stopped treatments of Keytruda last week. I m curious about this stifness which goes away in about a minute after standing
It can be an early sign of arthritis. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol. If symptoms persist, better to consult an orthopedics and get evaluated.
