Sometimes, you may not feel panicky but still your emotions flow out. It happens because you are severely stressed out and realize it is quite late, when you are almost exploding in tears. You keep handing work and life pressures and pressures build up underway, when it doesn't work as expected.
Relax (sleep well, listen to music, take a ride, shop, do what makes you happy), stay strong. Do not let
depression overtake you. You are a human it happens sometimes, its normal.
However, if you ain't able to get control, do take help of a
psychiatrist or counselor. You may need medications, but become dependent on it. Do not neglect as it may lead to
anxiety disorders and may get complicate causing depression, physical illness,
substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, etc. Stay well nourished and hydrated. Switch to a happy lifestyle.
