What Can Cause Sudden Diarrhea And Urination After Eating A Meal?
I keep having episodes after eating a meal where I have sudden diarrhea and also urination with copious amounts of urine. it is almost as if something is making bowel and bladder fill with fluid. I have nausea and sometimes vomiting, often dry heaving. I have a history of irritable bowel and interstitial cystitis but this is different for me.

Diarrhea and defecation may be due to the food which you ate may induce urination like alkalizing food, defecation may be due to Irritable bowel problems etc. Interstitial cystitis also may cause this effects. Avoid gluten, lactose contain food. Use antibiotics to control cystitis.

It may be due to the food which is alkali in nature give alkalizing of urine lead to increased urine output. Other possibilities like if your diabetic then elevated blood sugar after food intake lead to osmotic diuresis. Passing stools after food intake may be due to food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or infections etc. Avoid spicy food and lactulose, gluten contain food. Use soft diet. use probiotics twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
