Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Swelling and bruising in the legs may be due to varicose veins or eczema or deep vein thrombosis or peripheral vascular disease etc.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Elevate the limbs while sleeping. Use moisturizer cream locally.
Check for kidney and renal problems.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards,
